Bootcamp and Circuit Classes

FIT ME Group sessions are high energy, fun classes that will give visible results.

Every class is different to the last to ensure they are exciting and motivating, using variations of exercises such as Boxing, Ballet, Running, Internals, Body Weight exercises and High Intensity Intervals.

They are conveniently held both indoors and outdoors, weather dependant , so no one gets wet, cold or uncomfortable from our Great British weather, but similarly don’t miss out on the spectacular riverside backdrop and fresh country air when the sun is rising and shining!

Classes can be taken at your own pace and adaptations will always be given for harder, more challenging exercises.
