For 'Soon To Be' mums, taking part in regular physical activity is good for you and your baby. Regular physical activity can help strengthen the muscles needed for labour, help with posture, increase energy levels and help to control weight gain. You will be led through exercises that are specifically designed to help develop and strengthen the growing pregnant body.
For New Mums, regular exercise is essential to get you back in shape after your new arrival. Classes are designed to target specific areas such as lower back, bum, arms and belly to help new mums regain their figure and get back in those skinny jeans.
